Got these plant stands off amazon which hold my plants below the grow lights. It helps hold my plants at different levels, which corresponds to the amount of light they/ light intensity. It's aesthetically pleasing as well.

A lava rock purchased at a tropical fish store $8. A plastic bowl from the dollar store $1. Under $10. Even with plants. They are all leaf pulls that made another pingdom on a rock. :D
