Hello,
When I bought my venus fly trap, it is super tiny, each about less than an inch or smaller at the moment.
After doing some research, I was going to replant it into a bigger pot as the one it's in seems to be very cramped for it. I have a spare pot I was going to use and it does have a drainage hole that I would like to bottom water.
It has a single drainage hole at the bottom of the pot and it's a flat bottom. I'm worried that the water won't go up into the pot with this flat bottom. Should I look into getting another pot with side/corner vents to allow water to get in or is this flat bottomed one ok? Should I prop the pot up with something in the water dish to make sure water gets into the drain hole?
