So I got some Nepenthes seed in August from the seed bank, and I’m wondering if they could possibly just be slower to show than the other ones I’ve been planting. Said other ones are the N. Boschiana x Sanguinea. The ones I’m wondering about are N. (bicalcarata x rowanae) x (GT8510 x bicalcarata). I received them on August 20th and would have sown them within the week.

Of course my stupid silly self forgot to date all the seeds I’ve planted before this week. As Homer Simpson was want to say… “Doh!!!”

Thanks for the confirmation I read somewhere they can take up to a year, but I’m not sure where I read that so I assumed I was wrong lol.

Trust me, you are not alone. I started out just winging it but I had to come up with an ID system with as many plants and seeds that I have growing. I finally settled on a spreadsheet, photos, number/color system along with QR codes. I should never have a problem again. Unless, of course I am in the middle of something else and forget! ChefDean sold me some of his Sarrs and VFT's when he was "Thinning out the herd" and although they are in my spreadsheet, I failed to take pics or label them as I was in the middle of putting up my greenhouse. Now I have to wait until spring time to get pics as I have plants everywhere in my greenhouse.
