I dont think its been cold enough for them to be going into dormancy. (77433 area code) Too much sun? I am seeing new growth but so many traps are turning coppery and black.
I had to look up the zip code: Houston, Texas area. It's still way too warm for dormancy (maybe by the end of November).
How many hours of direct sun per day are your plants getting? Is this morning, early afternoon, or late afternoon sunshine?
How wet are you keeping them? In pots of this size, I wouldn't let the water be more than 3/4 of an inch (20 mm) deep. Let the bowl run dry before giving the plant another drink (don't let the soil dry out, though). Flytraps like to have "wet feet" but don't appreciate being soggy-wet all the time, especially in short pots.

so dont leave them sitting in water now?
I looked at Houston's weather forecast:

These are late-summer temps for me in eastern North Carolina. Still keep your plants in shallow water. When dormancy kicks in, cut back on the watering until the soil stays just damp.
