I thought that with nepenthes alata you could see the pool of digestive juices quite easily because it is a fairly big pool that drowns their prey?

Ohh sorry I didn't know what you meant before I think you were saying that the pitchers that aren't nepenthes like sarrencenia only produce tiny amount of liquid :o :D I was just confused before as I read lots of stuff saying that nepenthes produce a lot of liquid.
