These are the same cephs I posted in January titled a little over 3 years of ceph. Except the first two, being new. A Czech giant and Dr. König. Wish I could grow everything like I can cephs :D

I grow them in peat/sand and water once a week. I feed with insects alive or if wrong season freeze dried insects. Seems to work well for me so far.
