So I was just caring for my sarr as usual a couple nights ago, and I found this tiny, tiny little plant that looked like a sundewish thing. It could be a weed. It's way smaller than a penny, let me tell you. It's abut a hundredth the size of the penny. It's in my sarr's pot. I decided to let it grow so I could figure out what it was. But can you guys help? I have included some pictures...

Hm.....what it this peculiar plant? Sorry, this is a little blurry.

Yeah I'm 99% sure that's a sundew. What kind, I couldn't even venture a guess, based on the pics. Most common culprits for this are d. capensis and d. adelae, but it could be anything.

If you are giving your Sarr a lot of light or direct sun, and your little newcomer stops growing, give it a little shade (something thin so some light gets through) and see if it perks up. Some sundew don't appreciaet a ton of light like Sarrs do.

Look into feeding it as soon as it gets dew on the leaves. Dry mealworm (crushed) or crushed betta pellets work. Rinse off undigested food after a couple days to avoid overfeeding.

Good luck. :)
