Ug, can I use that 3 in 1 insecticide on VTFs? I’ve got an outbreak of aphids and some other thing that attached to the plant like a blister.

3-in-1 is safe for flytraps. That blister thing might be scale. That is a lot harder to treat, and you are going to want to isolate the plant until it is clean.
