...If I already asked about this (I think I did but I can't find the thread), but does P. nahuelbutensis need strat? I was gonna sow them a while ago, but I got distracted and now I can't remember. I would assume they would as they are from Chile, but I want to make sure. Thanks in advance and sorry if I already asked!

Just looked it up on Google. It says he just sowed and germinated, but it does have a winter dormancy.

Ah, yes! I remember that now! Thanks! It doesn't seem right that it needs dormancy but doesn't need strat but whatever.

Should I sow the seeds on a thin layer of peat or just do it on the peat/perlite/sand mix?

Probably a thin layer of peat but I don't think it matters.
