I’ve been looking into tissue culture for a while so I can propagate my flytraps a lot faster, but I don’t know where to start.

Do I need a specific one for CPs like this: https://shrtm.nu/IDf2 or is there a cheaper solution/kit I can get?

That's fine, I've tried TC and I used MS media w/agar. I recommend MicroClone, they have pre mixed media and gelgar, and vessels. You also need the seed sterilizing solution, also on their website. Another component is PPM, a plant perservative, to keep conatmination down, I'd get it from their website, Plant Cell Technology. They also have a TC kit, I would recommend. You'll need some stuff from home:
Isopropyl Alcohol
Bleach
Hydrogen Peroxide
Baking Soda
Vinegar

I highly recommend getting a turkey baster, magnetic stirrer, and a 1000ML beaker. All from amazon. This will cost upwards of 150, and most of the time, you will see contamination in your vessels, causing you to restart. I am sticking to leaf cuttings, although it takes a while, it still has good results and you'll have small sized plants in three months. Here's Matt's guide to TC, SUPER helpful: https://www.flytrapcare.com/tissue-culture-basics/
