Very neat!
Is that a typical capensis or from a cultivar?
Do the other flowers on that plant have the same appearance?
I would keep any seed produced by that plant separate; keep an eye on following generations.
I'd also propagate that plant by leaf cuttings and watch the flower of the resultant clone.
I suggest manually self pollinating it.
You might have something cultivar-worthy.

If the other flowers share this trait, you might have lucked out with something new and stable.

If the flower stalk doesn't die off right away after flowering is finished, you might try propagating the flower stalk.
