Last weekend I purchased -- and repotted -- 2 small venus fly traps from Lowe's. Anyone have a guess regarding how old these may be?

Considering many of the ones you find at the big box stores were propagated via TC, they could be a few weeks to a year old.
I wouldn't worry about how old they are when you got them, but how long you can help them live

If you have the traps in a good growing mix and keeping them moist with good water then the biggest thing they need is *time*. It makes a BIG difference!
