2 months ago, my plant was like in the first image and I waited for the seeds to form completely, and then I harvested it. As in the second image, will it be a problem if the trap grows on the flower stem?

Yes, but it's to late to do anything. Just letting the plant flower took so much energy out of the plant effecting the growth. The plant will grow slower and will have smaller traps. But because it's so far into the flowering stage, cutting the flower won't really do anything.

Eventually, the flower stalk will die, along with the traps on it. However, you can cut the stalk about 1/2 inch below where the traps meet the stalk and plant that. It should grow into a new plant all by itself.

The green stalks from the spent flowers, they won't yield any plantlets if you cut them in pieces and stick them in some moist sphagnum moss for a while? I honestly have no idea, but it seems like a lot of green vegetation there. :?:
