UPDATED 6/14/22 - I've traded most of them already, just FYI.

I'm making some space in my grow area, and some nepenthes need to find new homes. I'd prefer a trade, but if someone wants to make an offer to purchase I'd be willing to listen.

What I'm looking for:
- Nepenthes khasiana
- a sweet orchid (I'm new to orchids, but would like something that grows well and smells nice)
- an intermediate Heliamphora
- I'm a fan of highland nepenthes, although I don't expect anyone to present any of those as an offer.

What I have:
- Nepenthes 'unknown' (x1) - GONE Nepenthes sanguinea (orange) (x2) - GONE N. Burkei x Hamata basal cutting (x2) - GONE Cape sundew (more than I know what to do with) N. Veitchii "Psychedelic" x Adrianii (x1) (not 100% convinced I'll let this one go, so it'll have to be a decent offer) If I don't get any offers, but someone presents a compelling case for why they want one of the plants but can't afford or offer anything for trade (starving student, active duty military, something like that), I may be willing to work something different out.

If I don't get any offers I like in a reasonable period of time, I might toss some into a raffle (although the last time I did that it caused more headache for me than it was worth, so we'll see).

It's not a pure veitchii. It's veitchii x adrianii.

Oh, I guess I didn't see it on the list. I may be interested. How big are they? Are they squat? Do they have stripes? Are they lowland or highland veitchii?

They aren't on the list of this thread. Just the veitchii x adrianii is listed in this thread. The pure veitchii are in my growlist in my signature.

All are listed as intermediate (except for the flytraps.com one, that came with no further information). Top one is the oldest, and largest. Descends from there.

I'm not necessarily looking to trade them. But if the right trade comes up I'd listen.

Ok, do you have any pictures of them? There's not a lot I want to get rid of, but look at my grow list in my signature and see if anything interests you. I don't think you'll want anything, but you never know. Some stuff has died so I'm gonna go update that.

Yeah, that's fine. I didn't expect you to want anything of mine. I really don't have a lot as I'm still pretty new to the hobby. Only been growing for 7 months.

I didn't mean to sound dismissive or insultive of your collection. You're doing a great job. I'm just running out of grow space and holding off for a few plants.

Keep growing, keep acquiring, and keep trading up. You'll have a world class collection in no time.

Oh, no, I knew you weren't trying to be like that!

I really wish to expand my collection, but so many plants are so expensive and so many plants need specific temps to grow well long term. And most options for getting those setups that don't require me doing something daily cost like $500+. The best I can do right now is get a lowland setup going. I'm trying so many things, but the heater was wayyyy to hot and dry, and my parents are worried about it being a fire hazard. When I get back from Wilmington, I'm gonna order an incandecent bulb because they get quite hot. We'll see how it does and I'll make adjustments from there.
