My oreophila has a tendancy to brown and yellow on the lid as soon as its pitcher finishes maturing, is this normal?

None of my oreos are doing this, but this is only my 2nd year growing the species. Your plants look like they're 3-4 weeks ahead of mine.

It may be a water issue.
That pot looks cozy. Maybe the bigger pitchers are transpiring the water faster than they can take it up due to how many are in competition for it. Even sitting in a tray, it might be too much.

It's best to repot when the plants are dormant (they sleep right through it). However, you can do it during the growing season. The plant might be a bit cranky for the next month or so, but the repot won't harm it.

Yes.
As stated above, they might get cranky, but do a little more to settle the media around their roots so they take up water better and faster, and you'll minimize the crankiness.
