I've attached pictures, this is also happening on some of my other sundews. They grow like that and then the tips turn black. There's also almost no dew. Thanks

I had the same thing happen with too much sun and too low humidity. I try to shade my capes at mid-day.

Its hard to have nice looking capes out side in the summer at lower elevations. You end up looking cooked or no color from low light.

I keep all my capes near a tree (not directly under), and it shades them from mid day, and hot afternoon sun. Essentially they get full sun in the morning hours, and in the late afternoon hours. I learned this the hard way, and used to have a problem with my capes burning up, and looking ratty. Now they are recovering, and quite a few of them have grown new growth points...
