Appears that this sundew is eating blood.

I'm curious what this is. I went to check on the capensis this morning, and it was leaking this red substance... Digestive enzymes?

I haven't fed these for a week.

I doubt it. My neighbors kid is more interested at screaming, banging on the chain link fence, making a ruckus, and spying on me while I maxsea the sundews. Not to mention their dog.
