No, you cannot clone sarrs from flowerstalk (if that is what you are talking about)

Yeah that was my question. Haha dang. If I stick it in the medium could it still bloom? Or is it just trash?

Trash, unless it's just a few days away from blooming.
Even if it does continue until it blooms, Sarracenia flowers take months to cook their seeds. The stalk would wither up long before that.
