Frost again? How much longer will I need to continue taking my plants indoors? This spring has been very cold. Last year, it was about 20 degrees warmer around this time of year.

You don't necessarily need to take them indoors. If there is a frost, but the temp stays above about 30°F, you can simply cover them assuming they're not tropical like Nepenthes. Covering provides a blanket to keep the frost from direct contact, and there is enough stuff within the plant that it shouldn't freeze above 30°F. (Pure water will freeze at 32°F, anything added will depress that point)

I feel for ya. Here in North Carolina, we have a low-pressure zone off the coast. Because air circulates counterclockwise around a low, it's pulling in cold, damp air off the north Atlantic Ocean. The normal high is 77°F / 25°C, but today's temperature will top-out at 52°F / 11°C, not factoring in the wind. :x
