My diy growtent uses two QTM140 70w samsung grow led bars.
My venus traps is at a distance of 32cm.
Temp and humidity is constant 23'c/60%.

The leafs and some traps of the plants has a yellow color on them, can this be result of too intense light or heat?

I do use r/o water and 1:1 peat/perlite soil mix.

With both leds powered the plants gets 30000lux for 18 hours each day.

If this yellowing is the result of heat or intense light, should i do one of the following...

1. Reduce the time the leds is on to 16hour or 12hours.
2. Power one led bar for 8 hours, then then other led bar for another 8 hours? (16 hours in totall)
3. Put a small 120mm x 120mm pc fan to create some air flow over plants.

I don't use artificial lighting, so I'm not sure of issues they can cause other than a higher electric bill. However, I don't see anything wrong with your plants. The slight variation in coloration could simply be just what that specific plant is expressing.

If the light was to intense, you would see red coloration and crispy leaves. Yellow is often associated with over watering or nutrient build up. Are either of those possible?

Hi Panman.

It could have been result of overwatering in the past. I been watering less the past 2 weeks.

I have also tested the water tds is 18.

Here is photos of some of my other plants and they seem to be putting out new growth.

Will you say they look healthy or am i doing something wrong?

For plants we must use "PAR" not "LUX"
A "good" Daily Light Integral (DLI) for venus flytraps is from 22 to 34+. Your lights produce about 17.75 dli in 18 hours and are not causing leaf burn - could be over watering or something else.
Air flow is a good thing in a grow tent and highly recommended, your temp and humidity are spot on. Good luck!
