I’ve had this nepenthes for a few months now I had it on my windowsill when the weather was still cold, I was wondering about this brown spot on the leaf and if I should prune it or leave it alone. I’m pretty sure there’s nothing I can do to reverse it but other than that the plant seems healthy and is developing multiple new shoots and pitchers.
(Few pictures added somewhere showing the brown spot plus the plant as a whole)

No need to prune the leaf. The brown spot seems isolated to the leaf.

I will note that your nepenthes seems very "wet". I'm assuming you just misted it, and it isn't always like that. If it is always like that, I'd be concerned about air flow and fungal/mold growth. Just a heads up.

I mist it like that once every three days and keep it in a tote with a clear plastic sheet strapped over top there’s also a Mylar blanket around the inside of the tote and a piece of styrofoam that the plant pot sits on inside. I have led lights over top of the plastic sheet, and a jar full of water with an aquarium heater inside to raise temp and humidity which I turn off at night. Light is a few hours of bright then I dim the light for the rest of the day til I shut it off later in the evening. (Though I did add a bit more water than I usually do since it was getting a bit dried compared to where it usually is)
