Hey everyone,

So I have a tray where I hold 6 planters. 1 one them is a leaf cut off from a mexican butterwort,
2 of them are seed trays,
2 of them are spatulata sundews.

The following above have humidity dome's on them with tops to release the humidity.

I also have 1 without a done. This sundew one without the dome seems to be growing algae at a MUCH dramatic rate then the one's that do have the dome's on.

With that being said, i have removed it from the tray just in case of the other one's. But my question is, How do I do without the algae? I do constantly keep water in them so 've been thinking about allowing the tray to dry up before I put more water back in as the solution, but I would like to see what was the experience and fix for those who have had success in not having algae?

Thanks.

You could simply put a few drops of hydrogen peroxide on it. If not, reducing the water level/letting the water dry will help get rid of it.
