Are these fungus gnats or spider mites? (probably not spider mites because they prefer drier conditions from what I read) Will the webs cause any damage to my plants? How do I get rid of these? (I can't figure it out, the pot was bagged, so how did it get in there?)

If it is fungus gnats you can add some mosquito bits to the water that you use. That will take care of the larvae. I don't think it would work if you are tray watering, though.

You said it won't work if I'm tray watering. Would it work if I used a spray bottle?

Also, what are all those warnings on the bag for? :?

I’ve never dealt with them. So I can’t say for sure. But I did read there are a lot of types of them and that looks similar to spider silk. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spider_mite
I wish you the best.

The spaces between the threads seem too big for spider mites to me.
I've been monitoring the plants, and it seems that it could be spider mites. I am only seeing webs under the leaves, and I have see no signs of fungus gnat larvae or fungus gnats themselves.

When I got into carnivorous plants, no one told me I'd have to deal with pests. :? I wish I could just dump in a bunch of chemicals, but that would probably kill all my plants.
