Hi, still deciding over whether or not I should own a flytrap. I currently live in a one room living space, where the temperature is usually set to around 75 degrees. I plan on using an artificial light along with my window for my flytrap, but I'm not sure how to approach dormancy since I cannot take it outside or into a colder room. Would lessening the amount of light from the growth lamp be enough? Or will I have to be expected to use the fridge method for dormancy.

Fly traps can be grown inside with strong power of the sun light on a timer to simulate photo periods. I feel most people are not successful inside. A Nepenthes or a Cape sundew would work out better in a window.
