I wouldn't seem why not, I'm pretty sure alot of people that post here actually do that. I can't be too sure though because I grow niether plant at this point

Yes, I think Cephs and Helis can be grown in the same conditions. Cephs like it a little drier than Helis I think, so don't water them as much and/or put them in a better draining soil and they should do fine.

is it a agood idea to drop the temp at night by putting a bottle of ice beside each plant?

Eh....I find a well hardened off plant will not need much to any special conditions at all. Just follow proper plant acclimating instructions and you should be good to go.
