I have a madagascariensis leaf pulling that I got about a month ago. From what I’ve read around a month is about how long before you might notice a strike. Today when I checked it there is a red dot on the leaf at around the 2 o’clock mark of the leaf that I don’t remember seeing yesterday. I always assumed the callus thing would be green? It definitely seems attached to the leaf so is this possible strike finally ? Sry for kinda bad pics I couldn’t zoom in any further without it get blurry.

Huh. Well if it's new and firmly part of the leaf, it's certainly got potential... Is it a bump or just a discoloration?

It's probably too early to say yes it's a strike until it starts growing, but I definitely can't argue it's not one.

I'd imagine it should be somewhat similar - it should start off as a bump, then leaves will start to branch off the bump.

Anyway, if the leaf is still that green after a month, I'd be expecting a strike - If it wasn't taking it'd probably have died off by now. As long as nothing screws the process up, it'll take - but hopefully that mark really is a new growth point!

I'd expect it nearer the center of the leaf, but if there's one thing plants consistently don't do in my experience, it's to exactly match expectations...

It's definitely a bump and I was expecting it in the middle also

Well, if it's a bump and it's attached to the leaf I'm pretty sure it's a growth point. Congrats!
