That soil mix looks like *bleeep* repot it into fresh media.

Stanly, just FYI, there is a lot of Utricularia, you might want to save those, as those are CPs.

Such is life with CalCarn. That moss is not good for your flytrap. Maybe try potting into new media, save some of the Utrics, and replant them. And You'll have a new Utric colony going.

You can repot them now. Just before they come out of dormancy and start growing. Now is early spring (for CA). But repot them when it is early spring for you in WA

Oops, forgot to explain. Those green leaves are the Utricularia I was talking about earlier. Sorry.

Yep, late dormancy is the best time to repot honestly. I recommend repotting into 1 sphagnum moss : 1 perlite. You should see significantly better growth although you'll probably need to water more often.
