Today, I got 2 letters. One was from Panguy. From a giveaway like 2-3 months ago! Bad news, @BillPhoenix, the postman mishandled the letter I sent you. All the leaf cuttings are dead, and the package returned to me.

Was the envelope too thick for regular letter mail? Bummer, I wanted to try that method :(

Something to do with the postage stamp. USPS owes me like 60 cents. ;) :(

Maybe you should've put both the addresses the same. I'm wondering, how did the cuttings die?

but then they would have made Bill Phoenix pay. I think. I suspect they overheated, or under heated the envelope. IDK  :|

The whole world knows your address now. I would suggest against doing that, Chef, because there are spammers on forums looking for email and other addresses. Who knows what kind of Junk Mail you might get. :?

Let them waste their money mailing me something, if it ever arrives. Besides, I love junk mail, especially the kind that come with a postage paid return envelope.
I use permanent marker to blot out any bar/QR codes, then stuff them full of any crap I have laying around the house. Expired coupons, shredded paper, glitter, other junk mail, etc., then send it back. Hopefully I can stuff it full enough that it can't go through the machine canceling so that the recipient has to pay for a parcel rather than a stamp.

My father-in-law used to tape the return envelope to a brick. That cut way down on the junk mail.

You might want to consider contacting Mark Rober. Those junk mailers are going to have a house full of glitter and fart spray. I hear that fart spray has some Skunk essence in it.

Close. Skunk spray is a mixture of organic thiols, including at least one sulphur based thiol, while fart spray is primarily ammonium sulfide based with synthetic thiols. The thiols are chemically the same, but organic beats synthetic every time.

Did the postman pick it up or was it dropped off at the post office?

Just wanted to say, if anyone is interested in trading for a Mint Condition, Autographed Sarracenia Flava OP seeds, send me a PM. These are authentic. Autographed by the famous :? Mr. Panzenhagen :? himself! With the certificate of authenticity included. These seeds are fresh. Harvest of fall 2021 if I am not mistaken.

Just FYI, I'm not terribly interested in trading my Autographed seeds, so unless you have something very cool, I probably won't trade them. Looking for other Sarracenia seeds and possible Pygmy gemmae at this point. Send me a PM if you are interested in this Unique offer.

Somehow, USPS messed up the envelope, and it took a good 2 months to come :?

I think he dropped it off at the Post Office. They were only too happy to deliver it to the sender, with postage due at the first-class mail cost. :D
