I got some besgro for pretty cheap at joshs frogs. I think they're out of stock at the moment though, I'd keep an eye out, they get stock in fast.

I have a vivarium in my room and im going to add some spatulatas to it. The spatulatas should eat the leaft over fruit flies that the frog doesn't eat. The frog I want to get is a poison thumbnail dart frog. Its a bit smaller than a quarter.

You definitely don't want a flytrap in there. I had one eat a toad that was about an inch long. It looked like the wicked witch of the east because its hind legs were sticking out of the trap.

I doubt most sundews would be able to catch frogs, maybe Drosera Regia though...

The highest quality sphagnum moss that's commercially available in the US is probably Spagmoss from Besgrow.

It's farmed sustainably in New Zealand and has long strands with less debris. Definitely going to pay a price premium for that though.

You may get just as good growth from SuperMoss, though. I haven't done a side by side comparison but that's what I'm currently growing in and it seems to work well.

I haven't tried Matt's sphagnum moss offerings but would expect them to be very high quality as well since it's likely what he uses to grow in for many of his plants.

Hope that helps.

Is there any difference between these two:

I honestly don't know. I've never seen it before. Unfortunately, I don't know how to compare sizes as one is in cubic inches/liters and the other is in ounces/grams. I may weigh one of my bags later and see how it compares.
