Recently my VFts have been forming weird traps. When they come out they mostly look normal but this has also been only happening for a week or two. Should I be concerned? They are seedlings and I am skipping dormancy for them (they have also been moved around recently as I went home for a few weeks and it was colder there).

I don't see anything wrong in the second picture and the first picture looks fine. Sometimes that happens. You will want to watch if all of the new traps are deformed then you have a pest.

Ah maybe it’s just me being paranoid lol, it’s my first time growing VFTs. In the first picture the trap is wavy and the teeth aren’t growing evenly (half of them are fine and the other are curled in) and in the second one I was concerned about the teeth growing inward and the trap being open, bc my other traps formed completely sealed and opened when their teeth were done. If it’s nothing to worry about then good! :D

I do not think you need to worry at all. I also have 2 traps that look a bit wierd but as paman said, if the whole plant does not look like that, you do not have to worry.

Most VFT's will form and often open with curled cilia, that's normal. They're fine.
