Hmm I'm wondering if my SASE got lost in the mail or it's just delayed with the holidays. Should I send another SASE?

Up to you, but slow USPS services are rampant this time of year.
The gemmae are chilling in my fridge, so they'll be good for a minute. If it doesn't show up within a week, then I'd suggest another SASE
