Is there a diff between the two forms(aside from the color of course:)

I believe the only difference between those is actually the name. Var Floridana is also known as Florida Red, and someone may have just added "All Red" to give it what they felt was a better descriptor. I even believe they both have pink flowers.
That being said, there is a var Floridana that is different in that it has a white flower.

Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes the reason is that I make bad decisions.
