Wow... Time flies! I did not realize its almost been a year since this plant became a part of my collection! I feel like now is the perfect time for an update since I'm getting a charles brewer clone soon from Cooks CPs.
Here goes!
I removed that nasty star moss from the surface, and introduced U. Sandersonii. I think there were 3 growth points on it when I originally recieved it. Now, in the past month, It seems to have grown 2 more crowns, but I'm not entirely sure.... I'm going to be repotting it in a cool ceramic cup that I've made, so I'll probably check then.
For care, I give it 12-14 hours of light, I use a Sansi LED Grow light. I use the tray method, but I only re-fill the tray when I notice that the pot is light. I mist it a couple times a week, and about once a month I will spray it with diluted Maxsea fertilizer. It grows at room temperature.
The biggest pitcher on it is almost 1.5 inches long. It colors up pretty nicely(probably a little orange because of burning, but it doesnt seem to affect the lifespan of the pitchers, or the plant itself).
Any tips on repotting? When is the best time to do it, and will it stress the plant? I dont plan on seperating it, just pulling it out of its current pot and dropping it into a bigger & wider pot with dirt.
