Legend has it that some time in the not too distant pass, there was a flurry of giveaways. Different methods were used to divine the winning number: random number generators, rolling dice, casting chicken bones. In all cases, the number came up as 3. Despite every attempt to break the curse, the 3 continued to return. Although its nefarious influence has been dampened, it still continues to rear its ugly head. We can only hope that one day the curse of 3 will be extinguished. The question is, will we be around to see it?
