Picture Upload not Working

Hi, whenever I try to upload a picture it says" flytrapcare.com is unable to handle this request. " I've been able to upload pictures before and now it doesn't seem to work.

Oh, are you trying to change your profile picture? It dies need to be 100x100 and less than 1 Meg. You can find online tools to crop and resize it.
