A storm is coming through Perth right now and some really strong winds came along with it.

When I came home I saw my tallest sarracenia pitchers getting bent down to their pot. I think they were experiencing this all day. I normally don’t protect my sarracenia from the wind but I had to this time.

I thought it might’ve been over for them but they surprisingly got back up just fine. Maybe a little bent to the right but it’s negligible. Maybe all that exposure to wind helped?

Anyway, I’m standing some pretty heavy chairs as windbreakers for them until all of this blows over. I don’t want them to get bent all night.

What are your experiences with wind?
