For small plants, a foliar spray.
For dews and pings, you could deposit a small droplet on a few paddles.
For VFT's, a foliar spray.
For Sarrs and Neps, fill one pitcher halfway on smaller plants, two or three pitchers on large plants.
Try to keep the spray off the media as it will promote algae. Plus, the roots have evolved to not need to take up nutrients, they're basically straws. Extra nutrients, even from a weak Maxsea, could be detrimental to some of the more delicate plants if taken up by the roots.
For the bonus, you'll receive enough for one gallon, just dump it into a gallon jug of distilled water and shake it up. If you do request it next month, you'll get enough for two gallons.
