Watch what that new pitcher looks like when it pops under good lighting and then we might be able to be more certain.

I doubt that that's a pure purpurea unless it's anthocyanin free.
Edit: Nevermind, its got red coloration. I think it's a hybrid judging by the lids.

Yeah it's been really weird! I emailed the company, the brand is the Little Pot of Horrors, and they told me last time they usually grew Purpurea but did get some Barba Green. My other pitcher plant, not in the picture, is definitely a Barba Green, but this one is odd since it kinda looks like a purpurea but the vertical pitchers scream hybrid to me. Also it doesn't have any purple/red coloration at all!

The plant has been left outside 24/7 after being acclimated for a few weeks, so getting lots of sun now.

The left most pitcher, the one that's falling over, that was a brand new one that grew out since I got the plant and it's just straight up green, even though I've had the plant sitting outside all this time.

The one coming out the back came up super red looking and is now kind of pale.
