At first the leaves were green
After a month the color changed
Is it bad?

but Young leaves and pitcher grow well

night : 10-15 ℃ Humidity : 80-90 %

Looks fine to me, seems like the leaves are reddening up just a smidge form the light. You may want to move him to a slightly shadier spot, but not much. For me I just put a small square of frosted cling wrap on the top of the tank just to diffuse the light on him a little bit. I found my Lowii didn't really like intense direct light the first year or so of its growth, it was still heathy, but it grew alot faster when the leaves stayed green.

No problem! Just remember "faster" in Lowii terms still means slower than a snail with a limp.

That's right I'm growing it myself so it's too slow....
