It's POSSIBLE that a lack of humidity could have caused a deformity in the forming bud, but to me, it looks fine. Sometimes they just start off looking a bit weird.

The pitcher is starting to straighten out. Another one formed, and it seems like it will be larger.

It's probably just the growth process. Nepenthes pitchers will often have little hairs on them, but they usually go away farther into the process. There are a few species though that stay hairy after the growth is complete, such as hamata, but yours probably won't stay hairy.
