Probably a fungus gnat. They spawn most commonly indoors under lights in cool conditions, and are great food for CPs, not so much for seedlings(they will eat away at them).

If you only found 1, then it likely didn't come from your collection. The gnats themselves don't do much damage, but the larvae will. Look at the surface of your media and check to see if there are any tiny transparent worms on the surface with black heads. If not, you'll be fine. If you do, you can just put small portions of mosquito dunks/chips into your seedling watering tray. But as I said before, it may not have come from your collection. If you do end up seeing more over the course of a few days, then you'll need to use the method I described above.

Thanks! Also, the bug didn't look exactly like a fungus gnat. It's head to body ratio is larger, rather than a fungus gnat. It also didn't try to fly away. I'll still be on the lookout, though.

It might not be, but I have them and they never try to fly away, they just sit there and I squish them with my finger(lol). But yeah, just make sure to keep an eye as you said.
