My seedlings look yellowish and pale. Is this normal?

They look good to me. Seedlings will often change color as they grow and progress, and they won't be as green if they are fed. Have they been recently acclimated to lower humidity? If so, then that is just them recovering.

They have been acclimated about a week and a half ago. They almost dried out once

I agree with what everyone has said here. I have experianced color variances throughout life cycles of species and this seems normal. Also the moss could be lending a visual color variance and I would be curious what color they were with a white card or paper behind them for better clarity of color. My experiance has shown to not worry about them too much unless black or browning is occuring.
