Nice rescues!
I would definitely leave it, if you separate them now the smaller one will have a slimmer chance of surviving, as half of my Jaws cultivars baby divisions dried out and/or died when I split them.

If you divide a flytrap and it doesn't have many roots, you might consider keeping it in a plastic bag for a couple of weeks to give the roots a chance to establish themselves while preventing a lost of moisture through the leaves.
