What live mosses are safe to put on top of the soil as decor for neps, sundews, and flytraps?

The only actual choice you may have is live LFSM(Sphagnum moss). You can buy some here:
https://www.flytrapcare.com/store/live-sphagnum-moss
Any other live moss(mosses you find in forests such as red roof moss, carpet moss etc)is likely to just overgrow and choke out your plant.
