The new leaf and tendril look bad. I must admit that I bent the tendril on accident when repotting a couple days ago, though. Is this Normal? The other leaf has a healthy tendril and is looking good though.

Nepenthes tendrils are designed to bend and curl. Even though you bent the tendril a bit, it still seems to be capable of pitchering.

Is it just shock? Also is it normal for the healthy tendril to only be a couple centimeters long?

Honestly, your nep is growing just fine (give yourself a pat on the back). The tendrils are all very healthy based on your pics.
