Yeah amazon even blocks you from buying it if you are in a area on that list, but not Etsy. They are like the wild west.

The the winter floating plant storage and the Betta's retirement home is done. Need to find a bio-load that will keep the plants happy so I don't have to keep adding fertilizer.
