Is the little whitish dot mold? Can I use this?

If you can't see it, I circled it.

I don't think that's mold...
From what I see, your seedlings are germinating just fine.
If seedlings start dying, you can try the fungicide.

What do you think it is? I added just a drop of fungicide on it just in case, because I am going on a weeklong trip and I don't want an outbreak while I'm gone. Also, do you think it is necessary to spray all my plants before going on a weeklong trip?

Honestly, all I can see in your photo is white glare. To be safe, you can apply a bit of fungicide onto that spot.

Mold spreads extremely slowly and usually attacks dead material. This is a great opportunity to trim any dead leaves off of your CPs.
To further prevent an outbreak, keep your pots apart and you won't need to use any fungicide on your other CPs.
I hope this helps with defending your plants from a mold invasion while you're gone.

Seedlings, especially that many! Great job btw, seedlings sometimes fail and I have seen fallen ones mold a bit after death. Never spread to my healthy and very alive plants though. Algeae on the other hand has been annoying at times and suffocated seedlings.
