The stuff in the Cape sundew's pot is called sedge. It's a type of swamp grass. I would remove them quickly before they take over the pot.

I don't recognize the plant in the Drosera spatulata's pot.

That's Asthma Plant in with the spat. It's actually a medicinal plant said to be good for treating female disorders, respiratory ailments (cough, coryza, bronchitis, and asthma), worm infestations in children, dysentery, jaundice, pimples, gonorrhea, digestive problems, and tumors, as well as inducing vomiting. So, as long as you find a young woman suffering from acne, smokers cough, tapeworms, kidney failure, STD's, cancer, with an upset tummy, you're golden!
Jackpot!

Or, you could just yank it out.
Your call.
