The fungus/mold is harmless, and as you acclimate the seedlings to lower humidity(explained here: http://www.growsundews.com/sundews/Germ ... _Seed.html), the mold and fungus will eventually die off. Technically, you start cutting holes into the saran wrap/ ziploc bag you are using gradually over the course of a couple weeks, and when you have enough holes you can just remove the ziploc/saran.
