Like the title says my nepenthes first spat out a normal pitcher under my car. Then it made a small one that opened up early now its working on a larger one. Does anyone know what happened with the small one? Attached is a pic of the pitchers. http://imgur.com/gallery/gtRUOhs

Even though your nep has a semi-mature pitcher, it's still pretty small. It could produce immature pitchers like those small ones now and then. This is normal for smaller neps. I hope this helps.

Definitely.

You might want to fertilize it for faster growth. Use either Maxsea or natural fertilization/insects (natural is better).
I usually place 2-3 pillbugs in each nepenthes pitcher per month. They grow like crazy.

Edit: If you mean the already formed pitchers, they won't get much larger. I'm talking about future pitchers.
